The Perfex TruCLEAN Pro is designed and engineered to be easy-to-use and maintain; delivering the cleaning performance you expect, but not achieved by using old-style buckets, wringers, string and sponge mops. Each component of our TruCLEAN Pro plays an important role in delivering the highest level of cleanliness. For example, our innovative swivel mop frame uniformly and precisely applies cleaning and sanitizing agents onto floors, walls and ceilings. The unique wringing mechanism, exerts force evenly across the whole surface of the mop, extracting the maximum of soiled contaminants. The TruCLEAN Pro captures and isolates contaminants; ensuring delivery of unadulterated cleaning and sanitizing agents. No more re-applying dirty water and weakened solutions, experienced with old-style mopping supplies. The TruCLEAN Pro is compatible with gamma, ETO and autoclave sterilization - up to 250° F (121° C) for 30 minutes.

Exclusive swivel TruCLEAN mop Frame, made of high-grade stainless steel, can be maneuvered onto floors, walls, ceilings, baseboards and confined areas such as corners or stairs where conventional string mops are notoriously inefficient. Also permits mopping in an "S" motion, collecting solid particles as the technician mops. Low profiled mop frame for easy and efficient cleaning under fixtures or other hard to reach surfaces. TruCLEAN Mop Frame delivers continual surface contact at any angle and is accurately balanced and non-flipping. Changing mop and sponge heads is a clean and easy operation. A quick squeeze releases the frame-locking mechanism, enabling contaminated mop or sponge head to be replaced.
Optional one-piece electro-polished stainless steel handle, Type 304, is 3/4" diameter and 57 1/4" overall. Weighs 2 Lbs. Compatible with gamma, ETO and autoclave sterilization. (Optional handle show in picture.)

The TruCLEAN Adjustable Handle has been developed to meet the ergonomic and
hygienic needs of critical environments. It can be adjusted from 34" to 62" for comfort and those hard-to-reach areas.
Made of high quality polyester and composite materials, the TruCLEAN Adjustable Handle is lightweight, durable and chemically resistant. The TruCLEAN Adjustable Handle is impervious to water, grease, gasoline, detergents, sanitizers and solvents, and is compatible with gamma, ETO and autoclave sterilization. Longer adjustable handles available for those hard to reach areas. Part # 88-12 adjusts from 72" to 144" and our part # 88-18 adjusts from 144" to 216".

TruCLEAN Pro BUCKETS
Your TruCLEAN Pro comes complete with (3) 15 liter buckets, in red, white, blue, green and yellow. Buckets are seated firmly within cart base eliminating any possibility of spillage during transport. Interlocking when placed side by side, preventing any liquid from recontaminating the floor. Non-porous, super smooth surface prevents microbial growth. Embossed graduations in both English and metric for accurate measure. Stainless steel handle.
TruCLEAN Wringer (part # 22-30)
The stainless steel TruCLEAN Wringer is designed to exert and distribute pressure evenly over the whole surface, providing effective control of moisture content in mop heads.
Unique wringing action significantly improves release of soiled contaminants, when compared to all other designs. Accurately calibrated pressure plates, combined with hundreds of release apertures and natural gravity flow, precisely channel soiled contaminants into waste collection bucket, reducing splashing and time wasted re-mopping floors.
Ergonomically positioned lever and non-slip grip are comfortable to use and reduce muscle fatigue.
Fewer moving parts reduces potential for mechanical problems. Easy to clean and keep clean. Provides long service life. Compatible with gamma, ETO and autoclave sterilization.

Fabricated entirely from stainless steel, the TruCLEAN Pro Cart is rust-free and provides exceptional strength and durability. There are no sharp edges to scratch fixtures or tear clothing. Non-magnetic components are safe for use near sensitive equipment.
The TruCLEAN Pro Cart is light and easy to maneuver, substantially reducing operator fatigue. It fits easily through standard doorways and down narrow hallways.
High temperature resistant polymer wheels are non-marring and glide smoothly over all floors and thresholds. Unique brake-lock permits parking on uneven surfaces. Compatible with gamma, ETO and autoclave sterilization - up to 250°F (121°C) for 30 minutes.

TruCLEAN YARN MOP (part # 22-33)
The TruCLEAN Yarn Mop is manufactured from a specially blended synthetic yarn.
It combines high absorbency and strength as well as being inert to bacteria and
chemicals. The material quickly releases captured dirt when rinsed, is fast
drying and won't decay. Durable backing dries fast. Extra stitching assures long
service life, even with repetitive laundering. Isolates areas of use and
curtails risk of cross contamination. The TruCLEAN Yarn Mop, with looped-end construction
thoroughly cleans a full 40cm (16") x 12.7 cm (5") area in a single pass - 40% faster and with less
effort. Surfaces are 33% drier, reducing risk of potential accidents from slippage on wet surfaces.
Unlike conventional string mops, the TruCLEAN Yarn Mop can be used to wet & damp mop and
disinfect floors, walls and ceilings. Looped-end construction far outlasts old-style mop.
No strings to tangle, catch on fixtures or splash onto vertical surfaces.
Laundering can be done in a standard washing machine. since the design of the mop minimizes linting and yarn unraveling.

TruCLEAN Sponge Mop (part # 22-34)
Designed specifically for use in clean room and sterile environments, the TruCLEAN Sponge Mop is ideal for cleaning and disinfecting applications requiring high absorbency and very low particulate generation.
Clean and disinfect a full 40cm (16") x 12.7cm (5") area in a single pass. Unlike self-wringing sponge mops that contact surfaces only with the leading edge, our exclusive swivel mop frame maintains total surface contact, consistently delivering a thorough and even application onto the surface. Thick-bodied sponge protects delicate surfaces.
Made of a specially formulated grade of flexible polyurethane Foam, the TruCLEAN Sponge Mop has excellent chemical and microbial resistance. Single cell structure has superior liquid retention and effectively captures minute particles. Exceptional abrasion and tear resistance. Conforms to irregular surfaces. Rinses clean and dries quickly. Compatible with gamma, ETO and autoclave sterilization.

Meticulously manufactured within a Six Sigma Quality facility, the TruCLEAN Cover provides an unprecedented level of quality assurance and cleaning performance. Clean room laundered and twice packaged for use in sterile environments.
TruCLEAN Cover fits securely over TruCLEAN Yarn Mop or Sponge Mop. Together, they provide a simple and efficient vehicle for applying cleaning solutions to large surface areas without compromising particulate control and wiping protocols. Excellent surface coherence.
The soft cover is knitted from 100% continuous Filament polyester. The double-knit, no-run interlock design guarantees the maximum in abrasion resistance. Ultra-low particle generation and extractables. Excellent chemical and microbial resistance.
